Make your own perfect margherita pizza al fresco at home with PizzaExpress pizza dough in the Ninja Artisan Electric Outdoor Oven.
Makes 2 pizzas
• 1 PizzaExpress Pizza Dough Puck
• 8-10 tbsp passata
• 2 big handfuls of mozzarella
• 2 fresh basil leaves
• Black pepper and oregano
• Drizzle of olive oil
Preheat your oven (220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7) or Ninja Artisan Electric Outdoor Oven (370°C) and dust your worktop with flour.
Slice the dough puck in half and shape into two equal balls. Rest for 15 minutes.
Flatten the dough balls until doubled in width. Flip and repeat, until each one is 24cm in diameter.
Place each base on a baking tray and spread with 4-5 tsp of passata.
Sprinkle with mozzarella (and any other favourite toppings!), season with oregano and pepper and drizzle with oil.
Cook for 9-19 minutes (oven) or 2 minutes (Ninja Artisan Electric Outdoor Oven) or until the base is crisp.
Remove from the oven, garnish with basil leaves and dig in!
