INGREDIENTS

400g PizzaExpress Ready Roll Pizza Dough

400g PizzaExpress Pizza Sauce

120g mozzarella

40g Gran Milano, grated

60g roasted mixed peppers

40g fresh red chilli, diced

60g ‘Nduja sausage, torn into pieces

60g Calabrese sausage, sliced

Sprinkle of oregano

1 ball of buffalo mozzarella

40g rocket

20g basil and pine kernel pesto

RECIPE

  1. Preheat your oven (220 C/fan 200 C/Gas 7) or Ninja Oven (370 C).

  2. Unroll the pizza dough carefully and place the dough, whilst still on the baking paper, onto a baking tray.

  3. Evenly spread the passata across the dough

  4. Add mozzarella to the base and sprinkle over half the grated Gran Milano. Add the roasted peppers and fresh chilli, followed by the teared ‘nduja and Calabrese sausage. Finish off by seasoning with oregano and black pepper.

  5. Cook for 9-19 minutes (oven), or 2 minutes (Ninja Oven) or until the base is crisp

  6. Remove from the oven and tear the buffalo mozzarella evenly across the pizza. Sprinkle over the remaining gran Milano, add the rocket and top with pesto.
