Participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when accessing this Promotion.

Who may Enter

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (the “Territory”) aged 18 years or over. 

2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion (including Asahi) and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

3. One entry per person. Entries in excess of this will be rejected.

How to Enter

There are three (3) routes of entry:

Dine In: open between 11:00 3rd June 2024 and 22:30pm 31st August 2024 inclusive

a) Dine in any PizzaExpress pizzeria in the Territory and scan the QR code on the coaster on your table; and

b) Complete the entry form

Collection/Delivery: open between 11:00 3rd June 2024 and 22:30pm 31st August 2024 inclusive

a) Place an order for Click & Collect or Delivery from https://order.pizzaexpress.com/ from a PizzaExpress pizzeria in the Territory

b) Scan the QR code on the sticker on your delivery packaging; and

c) Complete the entry form

Retail/Supermarket: open between 00:01 3rd June 2024 and 23:59 31st August 2024 inclusive

a) Scan the QR code included on the pizza box of a PizzaExpress Supermarket Favourites pizza; and

b) Complete the entry form

4. Winners will be selected via a free prize draw on 2nd September 2024 and notified by email.

The Prizes

5. The prizes are available to win are set out below.

6. Each prize is subject to its own terms and conditions, available below. The specific terms and conditions for the prize that any participant has won will be emailed to them along with instructions on how to claim the prize.

1. Holiday to Capri (1 available)

a) The prize is 1 x holiday prize package to Capri for 2 adults. All travellers must be aged 18 or over.

b) The prize includes: return economy flights from UK airports to Naples (direct services only), return car / ferry transfers from Naples airport to Capri and 3 nights 4* hotel accommodation on Capri sharing a twin / double room including breakfast.

c) The trip is valid for travel between April and October 2024 & 2025 excluding travel over Easter and bank holidays.  All travel must be completed by 31st October 2025.

d) All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability.  Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.  

e) All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent. 

f) The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.  In the event of this, they will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

g) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

h) Travel insurance is not included as part of the prize and winners are encouraged to arrange comprehensive cover at the time of booking. 

i) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

j) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest. 

k) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

l) Winners will be contacted by [email protected] with instructions to claim their prize. If winners do not respond to the prize notification email within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. 2. City Break (2 available)

a) Each prize is 1 x prize package to London for 2 x adults. All travellers must be aged 18 or over.

b) The prize includes: 2 x nights 4* hotel accommodation in London sharing a twin/double room, a Griffin brewery tour and a £100 PizzaExpress gift card. Gift cards/e-gifts are valid until 24 months from the date of issue; or 24 months after the last redemption/top up. 

c) PizzaExpress gift cards/e-gifts may be redeemed at any PizzaExpress restaurant within the UK. They cannot be used for online orders.

d) The trip is valid for travel until 30th June 2025 excluding travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter and all bank holidays.  Subject to brewery availability.

e) All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability.  Travel will be subject to hotel and brewery availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.  

f) All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.

3. Pair of tickets to Ascot (10 available)

a) Each prize is 2 x Queen Anne’s enclosure tickets to the Ascot race day event of your choice (subject to availability)

b) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

c) Prize is valid until 30th September 2025- travel and event attendance must take place before this date.

d) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to Ascot gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest. 

e) Winners will be contacted by [email protected] with instructions to claim their prize. If winners do not respond to the prize notification email within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.


4. Free Peroni with a Main (5,000 available)

1. Your code gives you one free 330ml bottle of Peroni Nastro Azzurro (including Gluten Free or 0.0%), when you dine in and purchase a main at PizzaExpress. 

2. Your code is valid for 5 weeks from the receipt of your email, during the restaurant’s opening times Monday to Sunday.

3. You can only claim your prize if you dine-in and purchase a main (i.e. Any Pizza, Salad, or Al Forno dish). Please note, it is not valid on takeaway, Collection, or delivery via PizzaExpress Delivers or on partners’ platforms such as Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo.

4. Prize is limited to England and Wales residents only, aged 18+. Due to local licensing laws in our Scottish and Northern Ireland restaurants, this code may only be used for Peroni 0.0% in these locations.

5. Your code is valid for one free 330ml Peroni Nastro Azzurro drink. We remind customers to drink responsibly.

6. You can use your code in conjunction with any other partner offer (incl. Tesco and UNiDAYS), PizzaExpress promotional Offers, Club Rewards or set menus, as well as our Goodwill or How Did We Dough survey vouchers.

7. Pizza stamps can be earned provided the £10 minimum spend requirement has been met after all rewards have been applied. If you’re splitting the bill with another PizzaExpress Club member, there should be a £10 minimum spend per person for both of you to earn a stamp.

8. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. To claim your prize, simply show your code to your waiter who will then apply it to your bill. This Offer cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations.

10. PizzaExpress reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate any promotional activity if it suspects any attempted or actual fraudulent activity.

Distribution of Prizes

7. Winners will be randomly selected, and the prizes will be randomly allocated to winners.

8. Fulfilment of major prizes is conditional on receiving certain additional information from prize winners. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to contact the winner in the event that it has not received a reply to the initial winner notification within seven days of the prize being won. In the event that a winner of a major prize is not contactable within 30 days, their prize entitlement may be withdrawn and an alternative winner shall be selected by the Promoter.

Liability

9. There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described in paragraphs 10 - 15 will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the delivery of the Promotion.

10. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
a. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
b. any changes to prize or the way in which it can be used;
c. any problem with the enjoyment of the prizes;
d. any act or default of any third-party supplier.

11. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, and hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.

12. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be included.

13. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any kind of cheating, deception, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion, choice of any prize or any entry), the Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

14. The Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to provide a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event it has reason to suspect that an entrant has breached these terms or has obtained a prize through fraud, dishonesty or any other inappropriate or improper conduct (such as through abuse of the competition by people which the Promoter has concluded are likely to be proved to be either the Promoter’s employees, a member of an employee’s family, friends or people connected to them.

15. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to entrants or otherwise as a result of the Promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. Any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. Any claim or entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged r misdirected 9whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
d. Any tax liability incurred by Participants.

The Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Competition or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by any supervening event of force majeure, meaning any event(s) outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).

Other Terms

16. Any prize won as part of this Promotion must be accepted as granted. No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted. 

17. Participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration during and after this Promotion.

18. Personal information about recipients will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such participation or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body. Participants must provide their personal data in order to enter the Promotion but may choose to opt out of marketing at the point of entry, and may unsubscribe at any time.  Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

20. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prizes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
